In the wake of devastation wrought by Covid-19, our family faced an unthinkable tragedy. My brother, a vibrant soul at just 42, fought valiantly against COVID-19 for twenty-five long days in a hospital bed. We held onto hope until the very last moment, but fate had other plans. His passing shattered our hearts and cast a heavy shadow over our lives. The grief hung over us like a dark cloud for two years. We watched as society accelerated into a fast-paced lifestyle, abandoning age-old traditions and food habits that once nourished not just our bodies but also our spirits. As time passed slowly, we began to ask ourselves what we could do with our pain, how we could transform our sorrow into something meaningful.

I decided it was time for change not just for my family but for our community as well. With the unwavering support of my wife and the bright faces of our two young daughters guiding me forward, I made a bold decision: I would leave behind my well-paying IT job to start “Varsham Organics,” a venture rooted in love and resilience. We understood affordability would be key; health didn’t have to come at an exorbitant price. Our mission became clear: ensuring every child had access to unadulterated food made from love, food that wouldn’t merely fill their bellies but nourish their bodies and minds.
